Are you a recent Master Graduate in Business and/or Engineering? Do you want to work on key strategic assignments for leading global companies that truly make a difference? Join us at NormannPartners! We are growing and offer great career opportunities.
Working at NormannPartners is an excellent way to begin and advance your career. We are pioneering strategy advisors working with companies and organizations to understand and gain advantage in their networked world of business. We believe in combining practical action with conceptual analysis and we nurture strong relationships with leading academic institutions such as the University of Oxford and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
What You Will Do
You will be a part of our integrated and international practice with offices in Stockholm and London. You will acquire knowledge about NormannPartners’ clients and industry trends, learn our tools and methods, gain deep knowledge about our delivery models while also improving your analytical and consulting skills.
You will be working together with NormannPartners’ senior consultants primarily on engagements in Europe. Our consultants advise our clients on complex strategic challenges. Blending strategic thinking with deep research and hands-on practicality, our teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement strategies that solve our clients’ most complex and critical problems.
You will make an important contribution to our engagements by analysing the external and internal business context and the business performance. This includes gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing recommendations for our engagement teams to be presented to client management.
In addition to working with clients, you will also work with colleagues to develop and refine our approaches while expanding your own knowledge and skills. You will contribute your personal ideas and experiences to the job — thereby helping our clients to achieve competitive success and helping us to continually renew our expertise.
With some clients our work comprises custom tool development for data capture and analysis. You will be an integral part of the tool development and maintenance team, using your existing skills with various widely used Microsoft technologies, particularly Excel (our tools contain advanced pivots and VBA macros).
