This year’s lecture will be held by Emmanuel Lagarrigue, Managing Partner of Beyond Net Zero, a decarbonization investment vehicle launched in July 2021 by Lord Browne and General Atlantic.
Ecosystem orchestration to achieve beyond ‘Net Zero’ – The current decade is pivotal in tackling climate change. Achieving ‘Net Zero’ CO2 emissions by 2050 (or before) requires unprecedent resource mobilization and scaling upinnovation to achieve drastic reductions in CO2 emissions by 2030. The Richard Normann lecture will reflect on how the pioneer work of Richard Normann on value constellations inform current work on ecosystem orchestration to mobilize resources towards disruptive technologies with a verifiable and meaningful impact on the decarbonization of our economies. The annual Richard Normann Lectures are a collaboration between Green Templeton College – University of Oxford and NormannPartners which aims at honouring and extending the work of Richard Normann; furthering insights in strategy, business innovation, value co-production and the service economy.
